We all come to yoga with different needs and goals for the practice, which will likely change and grow over time. Whether you're just getting started or you want to master a specific pose, I can curate a yoga experience tailored to fit your specific goals and complement your existing routine.

As a lifelong yoga practitioner and former collegiate dance/cheer head coach, I bring a sense of empowerment to each of my classes. Through the use of intention, meditation and invitational language, my goal is to have you leave feeling refreshed and renewed. With a focus on injury prevention, I will offer various modifications to ensure proper anatomical alignment.
